The HSM New Edition is a versatile all-round machine for trades with demanding surface-quality standards. The popular HSM series is now available as a two, three or four-belt machine with 17* possible standard configurations as well as an extensive range of equipment options. The standard configurations enable attractive delivery times. Lower maintenance costs thanks to the modular unit design and good accessibility. The 15” display offers a user-friendly interface which displays all of the functions simply and clearly.

The HSM NE Series chassis can house 2 – 4 full size working units. Standard belt size for wide belt heads 54” x 103”. Available working heads: “M” Planer, “R” Drum, “Q” Cross Belt, “C” Wide Belt with segment & roller, “H” Wide Belt with Chevron belt, “D” DBS system

The exclusive CSD Motion Control with electromagnetic segmented pads delivers unmatched sanding quality and control. The CSD system is backed with the industries only extended warranty of 10 years.

The patented DBS unit, “D” head for short. Brings to the market at this entry point the most versatile brushing system. The system outperforms the “standard planetary” configurations in the market with its independent control of the “Hubs and Disk”. Additional tooling of wire brush, tynex and flat disk is available as options.
